What will be your responsibilites:

• Cooperation across team of designers
• Proactive engagement in product discovery and product decisions
• Partnering with the executive and product teams in shaping our product strategy
• Definition of our new design system
• Active participation in the design team development - implementing best practices (design critiques, product trios, user testing)

Let’s hear about you:

• Great visual and interaction design skills
• Proficiency in Figma
• Focus on UX - data analysis, user research (testing, prototyping)
• Proven track record in designing mobile & web apps
• Practical experience of working with/on design systems
• Comfortable in the whole design process - ideation, user flows, wireframes, concepts, prototypes, testing, effective handoff
• Great in written and verbal communication, stakeholder management is your forte
